About the Role
We are looking for an AI Security Specialist to secure and support Microsoft Copilot deployments in an international logistics environment. The role combines security engineering, threat modeling, monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure security.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Perform regular security reviews of Copilot deployments and identify threats such as prompt injection, model tampering, and data poisoning.
Implement Identity and Access Management, Conditional Access policies, and Zero Trust principles for Copilot workloads.
Develop threat models and execute controlled security tests and red‑team activities.
Build monitoring capabilities, detect anomalies, and respond to Copilot‑related security incidents.
Handle complex security, performance, and usage issues related to Copilot (3rd level support).
Enable Copilot support staff through internal documentation, guardrails, and targeted trainings; define escalation patterns and support standards together with the support organization.
Define security controls and operational guardrails for Copilot usage.
Assess custom Copilot plugins and third‑party integrations.
Analyze Copilot data flows and validate encryption and protection mechanisms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
3+ years in Microsoft 365 and Azure security.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling.
Practical experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#.
A Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Applied Cryptography is a plus.
Relevant security certifications (e.g., Microsoft Security, Azure Security, CISSP, AZ‑500) are beneficial and may substitute formal education.
Fluency in English.
