About the Role
We are looking for a Functional Analyst with proven experience in the healthcare industry, capable of bridging business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare processes and systems, combined with analytical and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of functional specifications and project outcomes.

3+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
Proven experience in healthcare-related systems or environments, such as hospital management systems, electronic health records (EHR), or clinical data applications.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient data processes, and relevant regulatory considerations (GDPR, data privacy).
Ability to gather, document, and validate requirements from business and clinical stakeholders.
Experience in preparing functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Experience in testing follow-up and validation of system functionality based on business requirements.
Proficiency in SQL/MySQL for data validation and functional analysis.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with clinical, technical, and management teams.
Ability to translate complex healthcare processes into clear, functional deliverables.
Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of health information systems integration standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare data structures.
Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Competence in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Enterprise Architect).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving mindset.
