About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to engage in the design, building, and maintenance of robust and secure mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, and a strong understanding of mobile architectures (MVVM), security practices, and automated testing. iOS experience is a plus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an Android/iOS Developer.
Solid experience in building and maintaining mobile applications (Android/iOS).
Experience with Java and Kotlin.
Experience with Jetpack Compose.
Knowledge of MVVM and RESTful API.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Good knowledge of Google Cloud or Firebase.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices.
Strong understanding of security architecture and best practices for mobile applications.
Proven experience with various forms of automated testing (Playwright), such as unit, integration, end-to-end, and accessibility tests.
Good knowledge of software development best practices.
Experience in launching applications on the Google Play Store and/or App Store.
English B1/C1 level.
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon, Porto, and/or Braga.
