About the Role
We are looking for an Application Support professional with strong experience in production support for complex and critical environments. The role requires expertise in incident, problem, and change management, along with deep troubleshooting and performance optimization skills for Java-based applications.

Responsibilities
Provide Application Production Support in complex and critical environments.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL frameworks.
Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization of Java-based applications.
Implement monitoring and observability practices using modern platforms.
Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Support deployment and maintenance activities in cloud and containerized environments.
Ensure system stability, availability, and performance in production.
Requirements
Strong experience with Java Application Servers (Red Hat JBoss EAP) and Java performance troubleshooting (heap dump and thread dump analysis).
Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments.
Knowledge of API Gateway technologies such as Axway or Apigee.
Solid Linux administration experience (RHEL).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, or ELK.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools including GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Nexus.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and/or Terraform.
Strong understanding of relational databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
