About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect with at least 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a profile focused on quality, critical thinking, and problem solving. The role requires experience in strategic projects, collaborative work with global teams, and knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector, including GDPR.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the field.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with global teams.
Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivery quality.
Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is valued.
Experience in strategic projects.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Architecture certifications (Microsoft, Cloud, etc.) are valued.
Main Responsibilities
Design robust and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with internal and global teams to ensure architectural consistency.
Support the definition of standards, best practices, and technical guidance.
Ensure quality, traceability, and alignment with functional and non-functional requirements.
Contribute to decision-making in strategic and transformation initiatives.
