About the Role
We are seeking an Azure Migration Specialist with proven experience in planning and executing complex migrations to the Azure cloud. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of Azure infrastructure (Networking, Databases, Identity), proficiency in migration and automation tools (IaC like Terraform), and strong diagnostic skills to ensure secure, highly available, and compliant transitions with cloud governance practices.
Requirements
Proven experience with Azure: VMs, Azure SQL / Managed Instances, Azure Storage, Virtual Networks (VNet), NSGs, ExpressRoute / VPN, Azure AD / identity services.
Experience with Azure migration tools: Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, Database Migration Service.
Solid knowledge of cloud networking, security, governance, and compliance.
Proficiency in automation / IaC: Terraform, ARM, Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI.
Ability to diagnose issues related to infrastructure, performance, interdependencies, and migration.
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA) solutions.
Experience in development using at least one of the following frameworks: .NET.
Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Administrator), AZ-305 (Architect), or equivalent.
Previous experience migrating physical servers, VMs, or containers to Azure.
Experience working with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with post-migration monitoring (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
Language skills (written and spoken): Portuguese, English (Mandatory, min. C1).
