About the Role
Sourcing Trust is looking for a Business Analyst with 2-3 years in QA/testing or related roles, strong problem-solving, process optimization, thorough documentation skills, and experience in Agile development environments.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in QA/testing or similar roles, demonstrating strong critical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in analyzing and optimizing internal business processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and system effectiveness.
Proficient in gathering and documenting development requirements from various internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Experienced in preparing comprehensive requirements documents and detailed test plans that guide thorough and effective software testing activities.
Competent in executing test scripts across functional areas and providing hands-on support to functional teams during validation of deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and report findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced iterative environments is a plus.
