About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years in similar roles, to act as the bridge between business needs and the development team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in requirements gathering and documentation, writing user stories, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that delivered solutions meet functional and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years in similar roles with solid experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst.
Skills in initial investigation, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation.
Ability to perform functional testing and validate documentation.
Experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles.
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking.
Proven experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in Test Plans, conducting solution acceptance testing, and providing end-user support.
Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements, as well as in solution design and documentation.
Critical thinking to reflect upon and challenge requirements and processes.
IIBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification (Preferred).
Knowledge and alignment with Design Thinking methodology.
English B1/C1 level.
Fluency in Portuguese (Mandatory).
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon and/or Porto.
