About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Finance) with strong experience in financial environments, able to support regulatory change, finance transformation, and the design of functional solutions for Finance teams. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, with a strong focus on analysis, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Analyze requirements from Finance teams related to new regulatory needs, Performance Management, and ALM/Treasury topics.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders involved in regulatory evolutions and local Finance requirements.
Organize and lead meetings and workshops with Business Lines, IT teams, and Finance end users.
Support project managers in implementing project outcomes and following up on actions with stakeholders.
Participate in project committees, sharing progress, decisions, and action status.
Functional Specifications and System Design
Document functional specifications to be implemented by IT and operational teams.
Define and configure regulatory accounting and reporting workflow rules according to established norms and system standards.
Contribute to the definition of data structures and controls required for Finance systems.
Ensure alignment with global Finance operating models and transformation guidelines.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Define the testing strategy to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Execute accounting and reporting test phases, ensuring full documentation and traceability.
Validate end-to-end functional flows and ensure readiness for production deployment.
Provide aftercare support to Finance end users following go-live.
Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement
Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and promote best practices across projects.
Support continuous improvement of methodologies, processes, and project frameworks.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in project activities is preferred.
Experience in banking, audit, accounting, consulting, or management control is valued.
Knowledge of IFRS and regulatory principles.
Strong understanding of financial information systems.
Proficiency in Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Business Objects.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
