About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our company and act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking, consulting experience, and strong communication skills to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, properly structured, and successfully implemented.
Requirements
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a consultancy environment.
Demonstrated experience in gathering business and system requirements, documenting processes, and presenting them to both clients and technical teams.
Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze and challenge requirements and processes.
Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience with MySQL or SQL (mandatory).
Proven background in functional and technical analysis.
Involvement in implementation and testing follow-ups, ensuring proper alignment with requirements.
Availability for a hybrid work model (3 days per week on-site).
Preferred Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining good relationships with clients and team members.
Foresight and proactivity in identifying and minimizing project risks.
Experience with Design Thinking methodology.
Ability to recognize and articulate business opportunities aligned with ongoing client activities.
