About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Manager for one of our group companies in Lisbon. This role will lead client partnerships, drive new business development, and ensure the successful growth of IT teams.
This high-impact position focuses on strategic lead and project prospecting, proactive client portfolio management, building long-term relationships with stakeholders, consultant recruitment, and market analysis—positioning Sourcing Trust as a leading partner in Outsourcing, Nearshore, and Cloud Products.

Main Responsibilities
Business Development
Define commercial and product support strategies, participating in setting business objectives.
Prospect and analyze potential new clients.
Expand and maximize value from existing business and client portfolios.
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, prospects, targets, and clients (cross-selling).
Oversee projects to identify, schedule, and implement all steps required for resource or solution deployment.
Broaden personal and company networking reach using appropriate digital and commercial tools.
Schedule and deliver Outsourcing and Cloud Product solution presentations in prospecting, project, and commercial meetings.
Execute other tasks deemed necessary and relevant to the function.
Client Management
Develop, expand, and proactively manage the national client portfolio, building long-term and loyal relationships.
Identify growth opportunities and develop accounts end-to-end, from potential lead to active client.
Lead contract negotiations and service terms and conditions in close coordination with Legal and Management teams (MoUs, NDAs, Commercial Contracts, SLAs, etc.).
Ensure profitability across accounts, projects, and positions, aligned with organizational financial targets.
Manage and resolve potential operational, technical, or commercial incidents.
Recruitment and Team Building
Manage recruitment processes in coordination with the tech talent team.
Support recruitment efforts to meet client expectations, validating profiles for ongoing proposals.
Propose and support retention and professional development initiatives for team members.
Market Analysis
Analyze IT market trends to shape effective commercial strategies.
Stay updated on the technology ecosystem, anticipating challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and spotting new opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related field.
Native Portuguese and fluent English (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial/sales roles (mandatory).
Knowledge of the IT market (mandatory) and experience in IT Outsourcing (preferred).
Proven success in client management and commercial pipeline development (from Leads to Clients).
Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
