About the Role
We are looking for a Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture and infrastructure modernization, with a strong command of Microsoft Azure. The role requires proven competencies in Landing Zones, Well-Architected Framework, security, governance, FinOps, PaaS/IaaS, and integration with DevOps practices. The Architect will be primarily responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and operational efficiency of hybrid and native cloud solutions in long-term projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
Years of Experience: More than 10 years of experience in systems architecture, infrastructure, and modernization projects.
Azure Expertise: Proven command of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Compute, Storage, Network, Identity, PaaS).
Cloud Architecture: Experience with Azure Landing Zones, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), and cloud security policies.
Background: Technical background in complex enterprise environments, with integration of multi-cloud and on-prem solutions.
Core Principles: Strong command of the Well-Architected Framework, security, governance, and FinOps.
Valued Certifications: AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert), AZ-104, AZ-400.
Communication Skills: Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Work Location: Hybrid (Lisbon).
Mission (Project Context): Act as a technical and strategic reference in cloud transformation projects within the Azure ecosystem.
