About the Role
We are seeking a Monitoring and Observability Consultant with 3+ years of experience to be the focal point for configuring and optimizing an observability ecosystem. The ideal candidate must be a proven specialist in using tools like Grafana and Dynatrace, with strong analytical skills to correlate monitoring data with business metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
3+ years of proven experience in Monitoring and Observability.
Proven experience in configuring and using Grafana, Dynatrace, PowerBI, and integration with ITSM tools.
Proven experience in using and operating monitoring tools.
Ability to analyze and interpret monitoring data and correlate it with business data.
Analytical ability to identify improvement points in current monitoring tools.
Ability to work proactively and independently, focusing on continuous delivery and improvement of the monitoring ecosystem.
Ability to follow up on multiple complex monitoring topics.
Knowledge of automation tools (i.e. Azure Functions).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
English B1/C1 level.
Fluency in Portuguese (Mandatory).
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon.
