About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SRE Consultant / Lead to design, implement, and lead Site Reliability Engineering practices with expertise in Dynatrace monitoring and cloud-native architectures. The role requires strong leadership in observability, automation, and platform reliability, working across complex hybrid and cloud environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Dynatrace Fundamentals certification (mandatory).
At least one of the following certifications/trainings:
Kubernetes - Getting Started with Google Kubernetes Engine
AWS Certified Developer – Associate
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
AI - Certified AI Practitioner
5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
Advanced expertise in Dynatrace for observability, alerting, dashboards, and AI-driven insights.
Strong experience with Kubernetes orchestration and containerized workloads.
Experience implementing SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, toil reduction, and reliability engineering.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid environments.
Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Go, Bash).
Leadership experience mentoring SRE teams and driving technical initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Lead SRE practices implementation across platform teams and applications.
Design and implement observability solutions using Dynatrace for full-stack monitoring.
Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and reliability targets.
Architect Kubernetes-based solutions and cloud-native architectures.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency.
Lead incident management, post-mortems, and reliability improvements.
Mentor junior SREs and developers on reliability best practices.
Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams on system design.
Preferred / Valued
Experience with AI/ML observability and AIOps implementations.
Expertise in distributed tracing (Jaeger, Zipkin) and metrics standardization.
Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
Knowledge of chaos engineering and resilience testing.
Language Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken).
