About the Role
We are looking for a Content Strategy Specialist to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the public sector. The role focuses on defining and managing digital content workflows, ensuring editorial consistency and quality across institutional websites, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving content optimization through analytics, user feedback, and strategic objectives while maintaining compliance with accessibility and usability standards.

Proven experience in Content Ops/Content Strategy roles.
Strong understanding of content governance and digital publishing workflows.
Experience with CMS platforms and structured editorial processes.
Analytical mindset with experience evaluating content performance through metrics(traffic, navigation, search, drop-off rates).
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (editorial, technical, communication).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
Skills in managing CMS tools for content publishing and maintenance.
Experience monitoring content accuracy, relevance, and continuous updating.
Ability to produce reports and insights supporting editorial optimization decisions.
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher (mandatory for technical documentation).
Português fluente (mandatory for public sector content and stakeholder collaboration).
