About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst for a project in the healthcare sector, working in a fully on-site model, with a strong focus on data analysis, transformation, and automation to support the Data Analytics area. The role involves building and optimizing reports and dashboards, as well as contributing to continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
Data analysis and transformation to support the Data Analytics area, with a focus on creating reports and dashboards.
Development, maintenance, and improvement of reports in the Logistics and HR areas.
Performance optimization, automation, and evolution of existing solutions.
Support for process transformation and automation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration with business teams to address reporting and analytical needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
Alteryx license is mandatory.
Experience in data integration, processing, and transformation.
Ability to develop and improve reports with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
Availability to work in a fully on-site model.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
