About the Role
Sourcing Trust is looking for a Data Engineer with over 4 years on the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI), responsible for requirement analysis, BI solution design, team leadership, and data quality assurance.
Requirements
Over 4 years of professional experience in roles involving the full Microsoft BI stack, including SQL Server, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and Power BI.
Expertise in requirement analysis, translating business needs into data solutions and analytical designs.
Accountable for designing end-to-end BI solutions that meet project goals and business expectations.
Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating field operations to ensure successful project execution.
Responsible for implementing project requirements, including data preparation, modeling, and report/dashboards development.
Skilled in designing detailed use cases and defining acceptance criteria to validate deliverables.
Oversee quality assurance processes and conduct continuous auditing to maintain high data integrity and performance standards.
Willingness and availability to travel to client sites or other operational locations as needed.
Fluent in English, capable of effective communication and collaboration in international or multicultural environments.
