About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery for client projects, managing sprint planning (2 weeks), backlog, priorities, dependencies, and risks while ensuring features are tracked in the TechOps platform. The role includes defining quality gates, governing documentation, producing executive reporting, facilitating alignment between client and SQUAD, and promoting knowledge dissemination.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
Agile delivery management: sprint planning (2 weeks), backlog, priorities, dependencies, risks.
Ensure features are registered and tracked in TechOps platform (history, traceability).
Define/apply quality gates: Definition of Ready/Done, acceptance criteria, minimum evidence, quality control.
Govern documentation (runbooks, KB, procedures, standards, diagrams) with ownership and versioning.
Executive and operational reporting: progress, risks, dependencies, decisions needed, next steps.
Facilitate client ↔ SQUAD alignment (coordination, follow-ups, scope clarification, blocker removal).
Promote knowledge dissemination: internal sessions, shadowing, handover, controlled rotation.
Deliverables
Sprint plan + short-term roadmap (4–8 weeks).
Monthly executive report (1-pager possible) with highlights, risks, dependencies.
Audit-ready operational documentation library.
Execution and quality metrics (adoption, evidence, post-change stability, incident trends).
Requirements
Mandatory Professional Experience
7+ years in IT/service delivery management or technical PMO.
3+ years in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with technical teams (infra/ops/devops).
Real experience implementing governance and QA (beyond just reporting).
Preferred Experience
Technical background (infra/ops/devops) to validate/challenge deliveries.
Experience with ITSM/ITIL and change management (CAB, risk, evidence).
Certifications (Scrum Master, ITIL, Prince2) valued.
Technical Skills
Tools for backlog and documentation (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence/SharePoint, etc.).
Ability to structure templates: runbook, KB, CR evidence, post-change validation.
Soft Skills
Assertiveness, organization, results focus.
Ability to simplify for executive decisions.
Ability to influence without formal authority.
Language Requirements
Fluent English and Portuguese.
