About the Role
Sourcing Trust is looking for a Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in BPMN and business process management platforms like Tibco, K2, Oracle BPMN, Kofax Total Agility, Appian, Pegasystems, Bizagi, and Appway. Strong OOP skills in .NET or Java and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) are required. Excellent English and collaborative mindset essential.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with BPMN and leading business process management platforms such as Tibco, K2, Oracle BPMN, Kofax Total Agility, Appian, Pegasystems, Bizagi, and Appway, demonstrating proficiency in process automation and workflow optimization.
Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using .NET, Java, or comparable languages, enabling robust and scalable software solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise BPM systems.
Solid experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, with the ability to design efficient queries and data models that support process integration and reporting needs.
Excellent English, both spoken and written, to effectively collaborate within diverse, multinational teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
