About the Role
Sourcing Trust is looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in AWS/Azure cloud platforms, infrastructure automation with scripting languages (Bash, Python), Git-based source control, and 24x7 production support. Strong interpersonal skills and continuous learning mindset are essential.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications and extensive hands-on experience are highly valued.
Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, including deployment, management, and scaling of cloud-native applications and services.
Proficient in monitoring and observability software integrated with automation tools to ensure system reliability and proactive incident response.
Skilled in version control systems such as Git, with practical experience using platforms like GitHub and GitLab for collaborative source code management.
Strong scripting and automation capabilities using languages such as Bash and Python, enabling infrastructure automation, configuration management, and streamlined deployment.
Availability and commitment to provide reliable 24×7 operational support for critical production systems, including proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Excellent command of English for effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrates versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism in tackling challenges and adapting to evolving technology landscapes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, drive initiatives, and foster knowledge sharing.
