About the Role
We are looking for a DLS Engineer Service with strong experience in digital solution framing, digital transformation, and related fields. The role combines solution design, roadmap definition, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery of digital initiatives, ideally within complex business environments.
Requirements
Required Capabilities and Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital solution framing, digital transformation, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Digital Transformation Lead.
Proven experience designing and implementing digital solutions.
Demonstrated ability to develop digital strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks.
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in HSSEQ digital initiatives is a plus.
Fluent Portuguese and English level C1/C2

Results-driven, with a focus on actions and delivery.
Pragmatism and perseverance.
Highly collaborative and able to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills to convey clear and structured messages.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Other educational backgrounds may be considered if supported by stronger experience in IT or digital roles.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation are highly valued.
Proficiency in English is essential for communication with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Change management training such as Prosci or equivalent is a plus.
