About the Role
We are looking for an Integration and Production Engineer with 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), monitoring tools (Nagios/Centreon), scripting, and, crucially, experience in data integration and creating interactive dashboards using the ELK/Kibana/Grafana stack.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
Good knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira and GLPI CMDB).
Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, and monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon).
Good knowledge of scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell).
Experience in data integration and interactive dashboard design with ELK/Kibana/Grafana.
English B1/C1 level.
French B2/C1 level.
Fluent in Portuguese.
Availability for on-call duties/rotations.
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon and/or Porto.
