About the Role

We are looking for an Integration and Production Engineer with 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), monitoring tools (Nagios/Centreon), scripting, and, crucially, experience in data integration and creating interactive dashboards using the ELK/Kibana/Grafana stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations.

  • Good knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira and GLPI CMDB).

  • Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, and monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon).

  • Good knowledge of scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell).

  • Experience in data integration and interactive dashboard design with ELK/Kibana/Grafana.

  • English B1/C1 level.

  • French B2/C1 level.

  • Fluent in Portuguese.

  • Availability for on-call duties/rotations.

  • Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).

  • Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon and/or Porto.
