About the Role
Sourcing Trust is looking for an ETL Specialist with experience designing, optimizing, and monitoring ETL workflows on Azure or similar platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement following data governance standards.
Requirements
Design, develop, and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ideally with hands-on experience on the Azure data platform, ensuring efficient data integration and workflow automation.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather comprehensive data integration requirements and translate them into scalable, robust, and maintainable data pipelines.
Monitor the entire ETL lifecycle to assess performance, swiftly troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions aimed at maximizing the reliability and accuracy of data flows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through rigorous testing, validation, and auditing of ETL processes, ensuring alignment with data governance and business intelligence goals.
