About the Role
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support to advanced users, specializing in hardware maintenance, multi-platform operating systems, and basic networking. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments, including network storage solutions (NAS).

Technical Course in Computer Science equivalent to 12th grade.
Minimum 1 year of experience in on-site technical support for advanced users.
Knowledge of hardware maintenance (diagnostics, repairs, component replacement).
Proficiency with operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of network data storage (NAS systems).
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher (written and spoken, preferred for technical documentation).
Portuguese fluency (mandatory for local client interaction).
