About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Support Technician specializing in audio, video, broadcast TV, and radio systems to ensure operational continuity, technical quality, and service level compliance. This role involves on-site technical support, installation, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual and broadcast equipment in professional production and transmission environments, including match-day operations and live events.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Field Support or equivalent technical support roles.
Experience working in audiovisual production and/or broadcast environments.
Experience in critical operational contexts or live transmissions (preferred).
Valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for audio, video, TV, and radio systems at multiple locations (Stadium and Campus in Seixal).
Install, configure, and test audiovisual and broadcast equipment.
Provide technical support to studios, technical rooms, mobile units, and remote production locations.
Support recording operations, production workflows, and live broadcasts.
Monitor technical systems and proactively detect failures or service degradation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
Deliver technical support during events and match-day operations (1st League and other sports).
Document and report incidents, interventions, and technical changes.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners.
Technical Skills
Professional audio systems: microphones, mixing consoles, intercom systems, amplification.
Professional video and broadcast systems: cameras, video mixers, encoders/decoders, monitors.
TV and radio infrastructures: production, transmission, studios, and technical control rooms.
Analog and digital signals: SDI, HDMI, AES/EBU.
Basic understanding of broadcast over IP and audiovisual networks (VLAN, multicast, streaming).
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and functional schematics.
Proficiency with audio and video signal testing and measurement tools.
