About the Role
We are looking for a GRC Specialist to support governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and industry standards. The role requires hands-on experience in security assessments, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate security concepts for non-security audiences.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards such as GDPR, ISO, and SOC.
Conduct security assessments and compliance reviews.
Support governance, risk, and compliance processes across the organization.
Communicate security requirements and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and improve control maturity.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in GRC or related security/compliance roles.
Experience conducting security assessments and reviews.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain security concepts to non-security audiences.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured compliance environments.
