About the Role
We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance on hardware and software (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones), configure POS equipment, and perform SQL queries on local databases. The role requires mobility (driver's license) and availability for after-hours support/installations, focusing on Sage 50 C billing environments.

Mandatory
12th grade education as minimum qualification.
1 year of experience in Helpdesk tasks (hardware/software configuration and technical assistance for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones).
Experience with Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
SQL knowledge for queries on local databases.
Driver's license.
Availability for installations and technical support outside normal working hours.
Experience using Sage 50 C billing software.
Preferred
Experience using Zonesoft billing software.
Language Requirements
Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
English (mandatory).
