About the Role
We are looking for an Identity and Access Security Administrator (PAM/IAM) with extensive experience in identity management projects and IAM/PAM technologies such as Oracle IAM, SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada, ForgeRock, and Okta. The role specializes in implementing access control strategies (RBAC, PBAC, ABAC) and managing the complete identity lifecycle across enterprise environments.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in identity implementation and management projects.
Minimum 5 years with IAM and PAM technologies (e.g., Oracle IAM, SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Okta).
Minimum 5 years implementing at least one access control strategy: RBAC (Role-Based), PBAC (Policy-Based), ABAC (Attribute-Based).
Minimum 5 years with security processes and identity lifecycle management.
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher.
Portuguese fluency.
