About the Role
We are looking for an IFS Project Engineer Service with demonstrated project management capability and strong experience in ERP and business application projects, preferably involving IFS. The role requires solid program delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to structure decisions, drive actions, and reduce delivery risks.
Requirements
Required Capabilities and Experience
5–10 years of demonstrated project management experience.
Solid experience in ERP and/or business application projects, preferably involving IFS.
Proven track record in ERP program delivery (IFS experience is a plus), including planning and progress monitoring, mobilization planning, RAID management, and clear reporting.
Ability to structure decisions, drive actions, and de-risk delivery.
Proven ability to interface with multiple teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
Functional awareness of IFS across one or more domains such as IM/CAPA, R&A, Finance, Projects, or similar.
Exposure to testing cycles such as SIT, UAT, SAT, and cutover planning.
Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, vendors, and management.
PMP certification is recommended.
Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
Strong experience with IFS Solutions, IFS Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
