About the Role
We are looking for an ISMS Coordinator to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System, with focus on ISO 27001 and NIS2. The role requires strong coordination skills, solid documentation discipline, and the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders in a structured and proactive way.

Responsibilities
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
Maintain ISMS documentation, including policies, SOPs, controls, risk registers, and exception registers.
Support risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
Assist with internal and external audits and follow up on remediation actions.
Support vendor risk management and security assessments.
Use tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and GRC platforms for tracking and reporting.
Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization.
Report on risks, compliance status, and ISMS performance.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in security or compliance roles.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 Annex A and NIS2 implementing measures.
Comfort drafting and reviewing SOPs, control descriptions, exception registers, and RACI matrices.
Experience coordinating across security, governance, vendor management, HR, and legal teams.
Strong project coordination instinct in environments with distributed stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Purview), ServiceNow (especially CMDB and change management), and a recognized GRC tool stack.
Fluent English.
