About the Role
We are looking for an IT Process & Operations Specialist to define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes, manage software license compliance, oversee strategic supplier relationships and contracts, and ensure operational efficiency aligned with ITIL/ITSM standards. The role participates in high-impact financial decisions and drives continuous process improvement across complex IT operations.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience managing complex processes with significant functional and financial impact.
Proven ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports.
Hands-on experience with ITSM environments and service management tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for incident, change, and problem tracking.
Experience coordinating multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management.
Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps proactively.
Language Requirements
English proficiency.
Portuguese fluency.
