About the Role
We are looking for an IT Service Manager to act as the primary interface for application vendors and system integrators, govern delivery against SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments, and lead service reviews and performance improvement plans. The role also owns service performance governance, major incident coordination, change/release oversight, and clear reporting to business and IT stakeholders.

Govern vendor delivery against SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
Lead service reviews and performance improvement plans.
Define, monitor, and report service performance metrics and risks.
Lead service coordination during major incidents and manage stakeholder communications.
Govern change and release activities to reduce disruption and manage risk.
Provide clear service reporting and executive updates.
Requirements
Strong background in IT Service Management or Application Operations.
Proven experience managing application portfolios.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
ITIL or equivalent service management certification preferred.
