About the Role
We are looking for an IT Workplace & Support Analyst to lead workplace IT and meeting-room collaboration support, delivering top-tier VIP/executive support with seamless user experience. The role coordinates with suppliers and technical teams for rapid issue resolution, prioritizes tasks in high-demand mission-critical situations, and thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments with excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in operational IT support with end-user exposure and critical systems.
Hands-on experience in advanced support, supplier coordination, and workplace/collaboration solutions.
Experience with CMDB and ITSM tools, preferably JIRA.
Proven VIP/executive support experience with strong user-focus and service quality dedication.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and priority management in high-pressure contexts.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and composure in dynamic, mission-critical operational environments.
Language Requirements
English proficiency.
Portuguese fluency (mandatory for local team coordination).
