About the Role
We are looking for an ITSM/ESM Consultant to implement and administer ITSM/ESM platforms (OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or equivalents), design workflows, custom fields, automation rules, dashboards, reports and SLAs, develop REST API integrations (CRUD), and manage CMDB administration with data reconciliation from sources like Discovery, Intune, and SCCM.

Minimum 3 years of experience in ITSM/ESM implementations.
Strong knowledge of ITSM/ESM solutions: OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or equivalent platforms.
Experience with CMDB, including definition and design of data models.
ITIL 4 framework knowledge.
Implementation and administration of workflows, custom fields, automation rules, dashboards, reports, SLAs.
Development of integrations with external systems via REST API (CRUD operations).
CMDB administration and reconciliation with data sources (Discovery, Intune, SCCM, etc.).
CRUD and JavaScript knowledge (valued, not mandatory).
Language Requirements
English minimum B2 (mandatory).
Portuguese fluency (mandatory).
