About the Role
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer for a project in the banking sector, with a focus on high-volume and low-latency applications. The role requires strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies, as well as a solid understanding of architectural patterns, integration, and performance optimization.

Design and develop Java back-end applications in a high-volume, low-latency context.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
Ensure designs comply with specifications and architectural standards.
Support continuous improvement and maintain a culture of clean code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in medium to high complexity projects with Java and Spring Boot.
Solid experience in Java, J2EE development and Java application servers (e.g., JBoss EAP server).
Experience implementing Service Oriented Architectures and Web services (REST).
Experience with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., CDI, Spring) and persistence technologies (e.g., JPA, Hibernate).
Experience with MQ brokers and JMS.
Experience with SQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, or similar).
Experience with Open API specifications.
Experience working with different data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and positional files.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
