About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with 2+ years of experience to engage in the creation, implementation, and support of innovative and scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of software design, clean code principles, and experience with standard Java frameworks, relational databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
2+ years of proven experience as a Java Developer.
Proven experience in creating, implementing, and supporting innovative and scalable enterprise web applications.
Experience with one or more MVC web development frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Angular, React).
Experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, with excellent knowledge of software design and clean code principles.
Experience with Eclipse or similar.
Good experience with tools: Maven, Gradle, or similar.
Experience with tools for structuring relational databases into Object-Oriented models (e.g., QueryDsl, Hibernate).
Experience with WebLogic application servers (Websphere, JBOSS, or TomCat) and familiarity with standard Java libraries and frameworks (Jax, Spring, or similar).
Knowledge of system-level profiling and debugging.
Knowledge of at least one relational database (Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge in building and testing webservices with REST or SOAP.
Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
English B1/C1 level.
Fluency in Portuguese (Mandatory).
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon.
