About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer with experience in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Promodag environments, strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP and PowerShell, and expertise in email security and compliance. The role includes task automation, internal script development, and support for Microsoft 365 workload management in an Azure context.

Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience managing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Promodagenvironments.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP and PowerShell.
Experience in email security and compliance, including DLP, AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview.
Experience automating tasks such as provisioning, reporting and policies.
Azure fundamentals knowledge for managing Microsoft 365 workloads.
Ability to create internal scripts.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
High resilience, assertiveness and proactivity.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Preferred
Microsoft certifications, such as MS-102 and MS-203.
Language Requirements
Fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
