About the Role
We are looking for a Network Engineer to design and implement enterprise-grade network architectures for LAN, WAN, wireless, SASE, and cloud environments. The role involves developing high/low-level designs, overseeing deployments and migrations, acting as trusted advisor to clients, and driving continuous improvement through emerging technologies and Zero Trust principles.

Key Responsibilities Network Architecture Design
Develop high-level and low-level designs for LAN, WAN, wireless, SASE, and cloud networking.
Define standards and best practices across multi-vendor environments.
Design secure network segmentation strategies incorporating Zero Trust principles.
Solution Implementation
Oversee deployments and migrations of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, access points).
Validate configurations and conduct testing to ensure performance and security objectives.
Customer Engagement
Act as trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions and proposing innovative approaches.
Develop network transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training.
Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate relevance to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and delivery methodologies.
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade network solutions.
Deep knowledge of at least two of: Aruba Networks (ClearPass, Aruba Central, Mobility Controllers), Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access), Fortinet(FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) or similar.
Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and security policies.
Ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications (PCNSE, NSE, Aruba Certified Design Professional).
Experience integrating network solutions with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform).
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture frameworks.
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher (mandatory).
Portuguese fluency.
