About the Role
We are looking for a PHP Developer with proven experience in developing efficient and optimized applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PHP and have a solid understanding of MySQL databases, software architecture (OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code), and the ability to work on both the front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and the back-end.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
2+ years of proven experience in Fullstack application development using PHP.
Experience with Laravel or Symfony frameworks (valued).
Proven experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript development.
Experience with JQuery and/or the Vue.js framework (valued).
Proven experience using MySQL databases.
Experience modeling data structure to ensure efficiency and optimization.
Experience in creating procedures, triggers, and functions.
Proven experience in implementing and integrating REST/SOAP webservices.
Good knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and PSR.
Good knowledge of GIT.
Ability to maintain and improve code.
Experience with unit testing (valued).
English B1/C1 level.
Fluency in Portuguese (Mandatory).
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon.
