About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our team and contribute to developing and maintaining scalable, high-quality full-stack applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern PHP frameworks, front-end development, and database optimization. You will play an active role in improving existing systems, refactoring legacy code, and ensuring compliance with best practices and accessibility standards.
Requirements
Required Competencies
Technical Experience
3+ years of experience in software development.
Proven experience building full-stack applications in PHP (versions 7 or 8).
Hands-on experience in front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong proficiency in MySQL, including:
Data modeling for efficiency and optimization.
Writing procedures, events, triggers, and functions.
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel or Symfony (version 5 or 6).
Experience with Vue.js or willingness to learn (highly valued).
In-depth understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), Design Patterns, Clean Code, and PSR standards.
Ability to analyze and refactor deprecated code, improving compliance with W3C and accessibility standards.
Experience implementing and integrating REST/SOAP web services.
Good command of Git (VCS), MVC architecture, and Agile methodologies.

Availability for hybrid work (3 days/week on-site).
Preferred Competencies
Experience with Microservices, Docker, and Linux (Debian/Ubuntu).

Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as jQuery or Vue.js.
Previous experience in mentoring or technical leadership.
