About the Role
We are looking for a PHP Senior Developer with solid full-stack experience in PHP and strong knowledge of modern web development practices. The role involves building and maintaining applications, improving legacy code, integrating services, and working in an agile team in a hybrid model in downtown Lisbon.

Requirements
+3 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience developing full-stack applications in PHP 7 or 8.
Proven experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
Proven experience using MySQL, including data modelling, optimization, stored procedures, events, triggers, and functions.
Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony 5/6.
Vue.js experience is highly valued.
Deep knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and PSR standards.
Ability to analyse and improve deprecated or obsolete code, following W3C and accessibility standards.
Experience with REST/SOAP web services implementation and integration.
Good knowledge of Git, MVC, and Agile methodology.
Strong autonomy, responsibility, proactivity, and team spirit.
Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site at the client in downtown Lisbon.
Preferred Competencies
Experience with microservices, Docker, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Composer, PHPUnit, Yarn, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and/or Vue.js.
Experience mentoring and leading team members.
