About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Engineer with strong experience operating CI/CD and Kubernetes in production across major cloud environments. The role focuses on building and running the internal developer platform, automating infrastructure and delivery workflows, embedding security by default, and enabling reliable cloud-native operations at scale.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Build and operate the IDP and CI/CD stack across cloud and on-prem environments.
Provide golden paths and self-service templates for infrastructure as code, pipelines, and environments.
Automate provisioning and policy enforcement using Terraform and Git-based workflows.
Embed security by default, including IAM, secrets management, scanning, SBOM, and signed artifacts.
Establish observability and SRE practices, and lead incident response aligned to SLOs.
Modernize legacy workloads into cloud-native solutions through planned migrations and cutovers.
Partner with Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams, and curate the developer portal and catalog.
Requirements
5+ years operating CI/CD and Kubernetes in production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Deep experience with Terraform and Git-based automation, with a policy-as-codemindset.
Strong experience in identity, networking, hardening, and secrets management.
Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and build signing integrated into pipelines.
Proven experience in on-prem to cloud migrations, including tested rollback paths.
Strong observability skills across logs, metrics, traces, and writing actionable runbooks.
Clear communicator with a coaching mindset.
Fluent in English.
