About the Role

We are looking for a PMO & Governance Coordinator to manage IT demand intake, prioritization, governance follow-up, and reporting in a structured and detail-oriented environment. The role requires strong coordination skills, financial tracking discipline, and the ability to keep stakeholders aligned across business units, IT, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the central IT demand intake, prioritization, and backlog.

  • Coordinate alignment with Business Units and communicate decisions clearly and in writing.

  • Ensure security and compliance validation across IT requests.

  • Support exit and transition processes, including demand freeze and handovers.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve competing priorities.

  • Track and report IT savings such as FALCON, reconciliations, and CFO reporting.

  • Support project and exit governance, including phase gates, reporting, and documentation.

  • Maintain the ISMS compliance calendar and track key deadlines.

  • Monitor key vendors and contract renewals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, IT Controlling, IT Operations Coordination, or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with financial tracking tools, ERP reporting, or budget management; SAP experience is a strong plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to catch reporting issues before they reach executive level.

  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including building and maintaining structured tracking tools.

  • Fluent in English.

  • German is an advantage.
