About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Support Technician specializing in audio, video, broadcast TV, and radio systems to ensure operational continuity, technical quality, and service level compliance. This role involves on-site technical support, installation, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual and broadcast equipment in professional production and transmission environments, including match-day operations and live events.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from definition through final delivery.
Define the scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, and resources of each project.
Ensure functional alignment across all involved areas.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Monitor and control project progress, quality, and budget.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders.
Ensure proper project documentation and governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement within project management practices.
Requirements
3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Functional profile, focused on coordination, communication, and decision-making.
Proven ability to manage projects independently.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability and a sense of accountability.
Technical Skills
Experience managing end-to-end projects.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a complement, not primary focus).
