About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to closure, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare clients. The role requires strong project planning, delivery control, stakeholder management, and team coordination to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to closure.

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare clients.

  • Define project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project performance and ensure delivery of agreed objectives.

  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.

  • Proven experience working with clients in the healthcare sector (public and/or private).

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, including Healthcare.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

  • English level B2 minimum.
