About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to lead and coordinate quality assurance processes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership experience, and strategic thinking to ensure that testing practices support business goals and deliver exceptional software quality. As QA Lead, you will oversee testing activities, mentor team members, optimize QA frameworks, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to maintain the highest quality standards.

Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing end-to-end QA processes.
Proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, and resolve issues efficiently.
Attention to detail, ensuring adherence to the highest software quality standards.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities within QA teams.
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on quality goals.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
English C1 level – independent, professional communication required.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of tools and technologies such as SQL, web browsers, and development and QA environments.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to align QA strategies with each phase.
Experience designing tailored QA strategies that align with business and project goals.
Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase testing efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Experience establishing continuous improvement frameworks in QA teams.
Familiarity with emerging technologies like blockchain, IoT, and machine learning and their implications in testing.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI for testing optimization, including predictive defect detection and self-healing automation.
Experience in structuring test plans, writing detailed test cases, and executing them consistently.
Strong skills in test result documentation, analysis, and reporting to ensure full quality transparency.
Proficiency in using automation tools and frameworks to improve coverage and accelerate releases.
