About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of platform best practices. This role is end-to-end responsible for the design, implementation, documentation, and unit testing of requirements in Salesforce and/or a functional domain, leading technical delivery while guiding and mentoring a team of developers.

Take end-to-end responsibility for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in Salesforce and/or a defined functional domain.
Produce functional and technical specifications and ensure up-to-date documentation.
Deliver Salesforce configuration/parameterization according to requirements and development standards.
Perform coding for integrations and interfaces within scope.
Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
Define and review test cases to ensure coverage and quality.
Must-Have Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or equivalent.
At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
Hands-on experience building unit tests, performing defect analysis and bug fixing.
Good level of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to use JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
Strong leadership abilities, with capacity to guide, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Language & Work Model
English proficiency B2 or higher (spoken and written).
Portuguese (fluent)
Hybrid model: availability to work 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.
