About the Role
We are looking for an SAP FICO Consultant with strong experience in Finance and Controlling, capable of supporting treasury process stabilization, SAP rollout activities, and the implementation of new business requirements across a global landscape. The role combines hands-on SAP FI expertise, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and support for testing, training, and data migration activities.

Responsibilities
Support the stabilization of Treasury processes and implement new business requirements in SAP R3 across more than 40 legal entities worldwide.
Support the setup of a medium-sized company by copying the ERP system, migrating data, and implementing new Finance and Controlling processes and systems.
Coordinate process adjustments, standardization, optimization initiatives, and decision support for Finance and Controlling topics.
Act as the interface between Finance and Controlling, other business departments, IT, and central teams.
Plan and coordinate testing activities, key user training, and data migrations.
Ensure knowledge transfer and provide support to global locations on Finance and Controlling topics.
Requirements
Completed university studies at Master’s or Ph.D. level in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in accounting or SAP rollout projects, with excellent knowledge of SAP FI in R3 or S/4HANA, including customization.
Good knowledge of Finance and Controlling topics and a solid understanding of integrated financial accounting processes.
Experience with configuration, implementation support, and functional coordination in SAP FICO environments.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work effectively in team-based environments.
Proficiency in English.
