About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and empower our team in adopting and applying Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the role and be a certified facilitator with strong knowledge of Scrum and familiarity with work management tools like Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
Scrum Master Certification (Mandatory).
Good knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks.
Good knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
Experience with Jira/Confluence.
Experience in testing and development (Valued).
English B1/C1 level.
Fluency in Portuguese (Mandatory).
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon.
