About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Administrator responsible for implementation, administration, migration, and support of multi-technology platforms, providing 2nd and 3rd line support in critical environments. The role includes analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and vulnerabilities, continuous improvement of internal processes and tools, and close collaboration with technical teams to ensure stability, security, and service quality.

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar platform management/support roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on root cause and prevention.
Experience in 2nd and 3rd line support, handling complex and escalated incidents.
Familiarity with IT best-practice standards/tools such as ITIL and ISO 20000.
Experience in analysing, documenting, and improving internal processes and tools.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Scripting languages (PowerShell).
TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
Microsoft platform administration and management.
Active Directory (users, groups, policies, permissions).
Ability to create and maintain documentation and support materials for services.
Strong communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders.
Availability for 24/7 support in on-call rotation.
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher - nice to have .
Portuguese fluency (preferred for internal team and end-user interaction).
