About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the shift from traditional data delivery to a true data-as-a-product model, owning initiatives end-to-end and aligning execution with strategic priorities. The role focuses on product lifecycle management, governance, scalable data solutions, and cross-functional collaboration in a data-driven environment.

Align the data team’s work with strategic priorities and technology frameworks, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and international hubs.
Lead initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to execution, and manage the full lifecycle of data products and platforms.
Define and implement governance frameworks, data quality standards, metadata strategies, and product definitions.
Work closely with platform users to ensure each development delivers clear and measurable business value.
Drive product priorities and roadmaps to create scalable, resilient, and impactful data solutions.
Apply agile approaches such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban to support efficient and well-structured team workflows.
Promote a mindset centered on data as a product, with a focus on quality, reuse, resilience, and business impact.
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in the Data field as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a technical background.
Strong expertise in data platforms, data architecture patterns, analytics engineering, and scalable data ecosystems.
Proficiency in data modeling, including dimensional modeling, advanced SQL, and selecting modeling approaches based on business needs.
Experience designing governance, metadata, cataloging, and quality frameworks for data products.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as Fabric, Azure, AWS, or GCP, including at least one cloud data warehouse.
Proven experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to delivery, including strategy and vision definition for data products or platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity across discovery, design, and delivery phases.
Proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Good awareness of cost efficiency, privacy, compliance, and quality agreements in data environments.
Conceptual understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ML workflows, feature engineering, SLAs, data contracts, and quality controls.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
