About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with solid expertise in SQL Server administration and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing mission-critical database environments, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and optimized performance across on-premises and Azure environments.

Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SQL Server database administration or equivalent roles.
Proven expertise in SQL Server OLTP environments.
Strong experience managing AlwaysOn Availability Groups for high availability and disaster recovery.
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and cloud-based database management.
Demonstrated ability in performance analysis and optimization (query tuning, indexing, I/O optimization).
Experience performing troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis within .NET and IIS stacks.
Excellent documentation discipline and attention to operational detail.
High sense of accountability, autonomy, and analytical thinking.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of OLAP systems and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
Language Requirements
Portuguese and English fluency required
