About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Transformation Manager to lead IT separation and transformation programs, with a strong focus on divestiture governance, execution, and readiness. The role requires proven experience in corporate carve-outs, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management at senior executive level, ensuring delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and security readiness.

Responsibilities
Lead IT separation (divestiture) governance and execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
Define and enforce phase gates, ensuring full readiness, including security, before progression.
Manage end-to-end IT Separation Plans, including workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, and Day-1 readiness.
Oversee IT capacity and resource planning, balancing business-as-usual activities with separation initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by maintaining the Transformation Office playbook and incorporating lessons learned.
Manage reporting and stakeholder communication across the program lifecycle.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in IT Program Management, IT Transformation, or M&A integration/separation roles.
Demonstrable experience managing IT aspects of at least one corporate carve-out, divestiture, or post-merger integration.
Proven ability to steer external consulting and program management resources.
Familiarity with IT security governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
Ability to engage constructively with a CISO and interpret security requirements in an exit context.
Strong stakeholder confidence at Director / C-1 level.
Comfortable presenting exit status to CFO and PE investor audiences.
Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
Willingness to be office-based in Ovar with regular travel to Munich, Straubing, and BU locations.
