The role requires proven experience in corporate carve-outs, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management at senior executive level, ensuring delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and security readiness.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT separation (divestiture) governance and execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Define and enforce phase gates, ensuring full readiness, including security, before progression.

  • Manage end-to-end IT Separation Plans, including workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, and Day-1 readiness.

  • Oversee IT capacity and resource planning, balancing business-as-usual activities with separation initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement by maintaining the Transformation Office playbook and incorporating lessons learned.

  • Manage reporting and stakeholder communication across the program lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT Program Management, IT Transformation, or M&A integration/separation roles.

  • Demonstrable experience managing IT aspects of at least one corporate carve-out, divestiture, or post-merger integration.

  • Proven ability to steer external consulting and program management resources.

  • Familiarity with IT security governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

  • Ability to engage constructively with a CISO and interpret security requirements in an exit context.

  • Strong stakeholder confidence at Director / C-1 level.

  • Comfortable presenting exit status to CFO and PE investor audiences.

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to be office-based in Ovar with regular travel to Munich, Straubing, and BU locations.
